Abstract

|
Malignant mixed m?lerian tumor is very malignant and uncommon tumor containing sacromatous and carcinomatous element. According to stromal elements, it is divided to homologous and heterologous type. Prognosis is poor due to frequent metastasis
and
recurrence.
Epithelial component is usually an adenocarcinoma. Stromal sarcoma is the most common type of sarcoma.
We experienced a case of malignant mixed m?elian tumor of uterine corpus with hematogenous lung metastasis and report with a brief review of literature.
